The Lazy VU outfit offers overnight horseback adventures into the Willmore Wilderness area north of Jasper National Park. This professional and reliable guide service offers the opportunity to experience the mountains in a way that can only be done by horseback.

Horseback Adventures Ltd. is a family-owned-and-operated business that has offered guided horseback vacations to Jasper and Solomon Creek Wildland Provincial Parks since 1979. Ride the high country for 2 - 6 days at West Range Cabins. Private sleeping cabins, shower house, hot and cold running water and solar lights all make this backcountry horse experience more enjoyable. Cabin-tent combo rides to the Moosehorn Valley are also available for up to 8 days in length. These are all inclusive packages.

R.D. Zuger offers guided trail rides and packtrips for sightseeing, hunting and fishing along the east slopes of the Rockies east of Jasper Natioanl Park and In Willmore Wilderness area. Experienced guide/outfitter (Ralph) is born and raised in the local area and is able to offer locations based on the rider's/hunter's needs. Individuals and groups are welcome. English and German are spoken.

Riding stables east of Jasper National Park gate along Yellowhead Hwy 16. Horseback trail rides along eastern slopes of the Rockies. Hourly rides from 10 am to 6 pm $30/hr per person; 2-hr twilight ride 6:30 pm $45; half-day Athabasca Trail ride $75. Scenic Folding Mountain day trip $110, steak BBQ or overnight camp extra. Willmore Wilderness sightseeing or fishing pack trips Rock Lake to Eagle's Nest Pass, 4 days/3 nights, $185/day. Open year round. Wagon or sleigh rides 2 hour $20/person with ten people.
